Yesterday afternoon, I wasn’t very inspired to do anything but after reading some varied Facebook posts about friends shelving snow and Phil the groundhog predicting another 6 weeks of winter, I forced myself to get out with the dogs. It is February and the local weather here is absolutely heaven with its goldilock days. I took the pups to the beach and even we made a new longhair dachshund friend. We also got to watch a dolphin pod swim through as the sun set. The last few days were perfect, and we’re grateful to call Southern California home. For all of our friends struggling to stay warm or stuck indoors, we did it for y’all. You can live vicariously through us and our adventures, until you’re able to get back out there on your own. yes, we will have to live vicariously thru you because even though it is not as cold as it usually is in Seattle in Feb, we have been having days of torrential downpours! The doxies do NOT like getting out in that! Getting them to go out & go potty in the yard is a challenge. So, I was looking apt your pictures & imagining what wee have to look forward to in a few months.
