The beach scene

We certainly enjoy our weekly beach frolics. In our part of the world it is super common to see folks walking on the beach with their pooches AND to see them riding horseback. The beach is off-leash, but for the safety of my darling dachshunds, I always put them on leash when I see the horses trotting. Have a wonderful day dachshund friends.

    I just returned from CA, and I must say I certainly envy you. I also envy you your well behaved long dogs! My Moose would be off like a bullet after something, whether real or phantom. I simply adore your photos and your whole dachsie-centric lifestyle!
