Wow. We wanted to quickly get a note out to all. Sunday was Rufus’ 10th birthday bash in Beverly Hills, and we were genuinely humbled by the outpour of support and love. Not only by the 46 dachshunds and 41 people who attended the event, but also by all the many private messages, emails, comments and charitable donations received. The celebration was truly heartwarming. Rufus has been the catalyst for so much good for so many near and far – both canine and human. He inspires and entertains daily. Thank you friends for everything! With your help I believe we successfully commemorated a decade of Rufus. If we’re lucky may we have another 10 wonderful years together. That was our birthday wish as we blew out the candles today.
We’ll have more pictures (and perhaps a video or two) to share in the days ahead. Stay tuned dachshund friends.
