First, we’re back after a few days of some much needed R&R. It was so sweet to get some comments, private messages and emails checking in on us. All is well. We strive hard here to provide you with your daily dose of dachshund, but every now and then we take a few days to recharge, refuel and rejuvenate the creative spirit. It was nice to be missed, and we’re happy to be back at it.

Today’s featured dachshunds are the adorably photogenic reds: Ginger and Rusty. They were showcased in our recent gallery exhibit of Dachshund Fine Art Photography, and at the request of their humans, we’re providing a few more from our archives for your enjoyment. The camera really loved this pair and I must admit, I’m rather fond of them as well. What do you think dachshund friends?! Precious?!?
