Rufus is sadly showing signs of age as he approaches his 10th birthday this August. I suspect he still has many more years with us, but there comes a time in everyone’s life when we start to see toll of Father Time. It happens to us all. Until further notice though, Rufus remains our reigning King among our pack of dachshunds. We love you Rufus – past, present and future!!! Make it a great day dachshund friends.

I love Rufus he is my favorite. Did not know he was that old. I have a Boston Terrier mix and she is 12 and has hip problems. I know that we will miss them but we will have our memories. Hugs and Kisses to Rufus and tell him that is from me.
I just wanted to tell u I do appreciate watching rufus and lily grow these r the best dogs anyone could have I have 2 myself turbo and lugnut ive had 2 brain tumors one of my boys did not like when I was gone but when I came home they never left my side. Thx 4 shareing
