Our 501c3 charity Dachshund Outreach Giving and Socialization (DOGS) is turning two at the end of the month. To celebrate the  milestone, for the first time to the general public, we’re offering the limited edition, collectible book for $102 – which includes 2-day UPS shipping (a $25 value). That’s less than a dollar a dachshund. The celebratory sale will run through the end of the month (Monday, June 30). On July 1, 2014 – as our first run inventory continues to deplete the price will be $150 going forward. If want your autograph copy, get it now. Make your tax-deductible donation here. The discount is our thanks to the dachshund loving public for all the continued support these last two years. Thank you dachshund friends for everything. The book is a favorite of ours; proof is in the pictures. Nothing like curling up with a lap full of dachshunds while looking at a book celebrating their natural beauty and diversity. Rufus especially likes looking at all of his friends.

Hello, I live in Toronto, Canada and would like to donate. How does this affect price/shipping? I am a Dachshund Mom and fan 😀
    Thanks

    • Hello Roxanne. You’re welcome to donate and get a book if that’s what you’re talking about. We’re unaware of the tax laws in Canada so… it may OR may not be a tax write off for you, but nonetheless, we’re a 501c3 nonprofit charity. Also we’re happy to ship to Canada. The UPS shipping charge may be more normal so once the package ships (and we know the price), we’ll let you know the cost and if you wish to make an additional donation to help offset said cost that’s cool. We don’t do a lot of international shipping yet so we’re still fine tuning the process. Many thanks in advance for the consideration.

We are very excited about this ! We have two rescued Dachshunds named Jack and Jill!

OK…I will donate $150 and that should cover cost and shipping with a nice donation too 😀

    • Thanks Roxanne! We really appreciate it. The book will ship on Monday. Please look forward the UPS tracking info via email on about that date. Thank you!!! Super excited to ship our FIRST book to CANADA!! 🙂

We received our 102 Dachshunds book and love it! Brought a tear to our eyes. Buddy, our 18 year old Doxie, thanks you very much. We got Buddy when he was 1 year and 4 months old. He became the star and inspiration for our business: http://www.buddy-belts.com
Buddy Belt is a harness that I designed for him. We make the harnesses in Toronto, Canada and ship them all over the world. Buddy has a couple little health issues (enlarged heart & murmur, and just started seizure meds as he started having seizures last week)., otherwise he is in good health, weight, back and teeth are good. We wish D.O.G.S. all the best and love what it stands for. Hugs from Buddy
        Thanks again,
        Roxanne

I would love a copy of this book but live in UK.Please advise how much uk currency ? If possible could you invoice me vía pay pal ? Thankyou.

    • Jessica. If you make a donation for $150, we’ll send the book to the UK (which will include UPS international priority shipping). We shipped a package to the UK a few weeks back and it cost us $56.58 (before our charity discount) so… I think that should be sufficient. That was an envelope and this will be a small box. Thanks for the consideration. 🙂
