Rufus has started to lick his lips as he stalks the squirrels in the backyard. He is so intense; it’s kinda cute to see knowing the chances of him actually catching another squirrel is pretty slim. What do you imagine he is thinking as he stares up in the trees?!

My Dori has been known to sit at the bottom of one of our trees for 5 hours (!!!) waiting for the squirrel to come down. She is obsessed! Her sister likes to chase them up the tree then tires of the whole thing rather quickly & moves on.
Oh that tongue is just too cute!! Due to the fact he has caught one before,He’s so confident that he can already taste it!!! He’s thinking ” Today is my lucky day!!!” His eyes are all glassy like our Schnitzel’s get when he is in hunting mode for squirrels or cats! ….Go get them Rufus!!!!
