Another week. Another Monday. And another adventure with Rufus in the books. This time we visited Paradise Falls in Thousand Oaks, and it was an absolutely perfect day for it. There was a little overcast, but that often helps the pictures turn out better and makes the hike a little easier for hound and humans. #BeautifulTimeofYear ❤

I’m committed to taking Rufus on these weekly excursions sans the girls in tow, for a few different reasons, but mostly because he really seems to enjoy it. On these trips, Rufus is fearless, full of energy and even young and healthy again. I do carry him most of the way there and back, but when I set him down, he’s eager to follow his nose and explore. #ScentHound It’s sweet to see. ❤ Proof is in the pictures. #MakingMemories

When we return home, Rufus is always good and tired, and sleeps hard most of the evening after his bath and dinner.

Every day is a gift and we’re grateful for them all. We’re wishing all of our friends a very wonderful week ahead. Do something fun with you cute canine companions.
