Wall-e

What I like in general about photographing the dachshund is its distinctive form, and Wall-e gave me good form. I like the outline of the dachshund head, the silhouette of the long body, the big brown eyes, the floppy ears, the oversized paws, the barrel chest, the pronounced snout and the vibrant pink tongue – which makes an appearance occasionally when photographing doxies. Wall-e is a great example of a red smooth dachshund.

    • Thank you!! I love our breed and our dachshunds are capable of making so many people laugh and smile, and I really like that most. They’re great dogs and if you can’t have one, at least you can enjoy the photos. 🙂
