What an adorable Card! I like the idea of Happy New Year on the flip side! Rufus looks so cute! Thanks for sharing this!
It’s great the pups are so photographable! Hannah is OCD about bright lights (flashlights – camera flashes etc.), so as soon as she spots the camera she’s up and running looking at the ground waiting for the “sparkly” . . . sit-stay is not on her mind at that point.
It just takes practice and patience. You also have to make it a fun experience. I’ve been doing it for YEARS so I have lots of practice, patience and experience. In 2011, I photographed over 100 dachshunds – with all different personalities, and I was able to (eventually) snap some fun shots of them all. It’s always possible, but not always easy or fast.
